Hot-Dip Galvanizing
We galvanize so our structures resist corrosion for decades. Step through the sequence.

Components are cleaned of oil, grease and contaminants.

Rinsing
Parts are rinsed to remove cleaning solution.

Pickling
A mild acid bath removes rust, scale and mill oxides.

Flux prevents oxidation before galvanizing.
